My shirts had a lot of ink marks on the pockets, and the lady who took my order after they were dry cleaned realized it was not done properly so she had them do it again and also informed me that they would not ready until the next day. Great job and awesome customer service.

I love that the buttons are checked for breakage. That larger hangers are used for my XXL clothes. That the folks at the store are so friendly.
