Dropped off a pair of curtains (96×82) to be cleaned and when I got them back and hung them I noticed in several places threads had been pulled, very noticeable. Not too happy to pay almost $45 and get them back in this condition
the sign on the front door is misleading to new clients that says alway open it caused me to waste gas 2 times trying to pick up my order
Staff was professional and courteous. Items where ready and available for pickup a day earlier than scheduled. Items where clean and neatly packed in a travel bag for easy transport.
So far, so good!

You are close, and my daughter uses you and has for sometime so I thought I would try you out. Great people at front desk..big smiles, pleasant and neat in appearance.. Shop was clean as was the parking area. Good lighting. I appreciated the text that shirts were ready for pick up and very good job on them.. will be back to you as needed. Can you tell by my answer I’m a mystery shopper 😊. No I was not shopping you..if I was I couldn’t tell you.
Very organized operation from drop off to pick up! Looks like I've found my go-to place for dry cleaning. PS-- The only improvement I would suggest is to PUT A LOCATION IN WESTFIELD. Thanks!
