On Thursday , my scheduled day , my dry cleaning wasn’t picked up. I dropped it at the nearest location.
I did not process any dry cleaning services with your Westfield location. Why am I getting e-mails? I do use your Geist location.
When I took my garments in it was around 10 am the young lady was not very friendly. I had 1 pair of pants that when cleaned they did not crease them and I told her. When I picked all of my things up I was charged for complete service on tnd she was very pleasant.
The ultra suede sport coat came back looking great. The grape juice stains were removed with success. The 3 pairs of men's dress pants had problems. There were urine stains in the lower zipper & crotch area. They didn't come out very well. They were sent back a 2nd time. Two pair look better, but one pair is stiff from using a stain remover on it. The appearance did not improve any.
E-mail was entered incorrectly along with the telephone number. Did not find the experience pleasant at any level. Much room for customer service improvement.
Wasn’t the worst. My dress came out nicely. But I dropped it off on Tuesday to get done by Thursday. They said by 5 pm on Thursday it would be done. I get a call on Thursday that it has a security tag on it and they can’t clean it. Fine. I go in and remove it myself that Monday and ask them to go ahead and clean it. They said it would be done on Wednesday. Thursday I go in to pick it up. It’s still out for cleaning. Finally I picked it up on friday morning. Staff was nice and polite but it was just a ridiculous hassle.
You lost my coat . . . took over a week (from originally-promised pick-up date) to get it back. . . . and yet you made me pay the full price, instead of doing it for free after all the hassle.
There were 3 shirts of my husbands, I read each label outside before going in. One of them said, “best to dry clean”, so I separated that short from the other two. Told the clerk, “these two launder, this other, dry clean, please”. Upon pickup my total cost was $28.85. They dry cleaned each one and did a “cool iron” on another, that’s what the clerk said. We brought in women's pants to be altered. We brought in the pants and the individual at the location didn't know how to measure for alterations. We measured with a metal measuring tape (which was all they had) and turned them in. When we got them back. They didn't seem to be altered at all. We will have to go somewhere else and have them done professionally. Not going back.
