Coupons should clearly state that they must be presented when an order is dropped off, not when it's picked up. As a result I felt that I was overcharged and will not be using Classic Cleaners again.
I brought in 2 pairs of summer heals to get taps. When I picked them up one pair had its leather pealing off. The employee said I brought them in that way. She told me to just wear them with long jeans. Unfortunately I paid instead of leaving them. I was shocked and my feelings were hurt

Clothes were beautifully cleaned & pressed. However I was speechless when I was informed of my total bill $62.35 of for cleaning 3 dresses & 2 suit jackets. I normally pay half that amount at the dry cleaners downtown near my work. I won't be able to afford to come again to Classic Cleaners.
You got all of the spots out of my white jacket!
I took 2 pairs of shoes to get taps and when I picked them up the leather was falling off one pair. They said I brought them that way I was so shocked I paid and left but there is no way I would get taps on a raggedy shoe

I took 2 pairs of shoes to get taps. When I picked them up one pair had shredded leather fringed and falling off. They said I brought it in that way. Why would you even give service to shoes in that shape. We had discussed how pretty they were when I dropped them off another customer even mentioned it was smart to fix. I was so shocked I paid for them anyhow. I was told just wear them with long pants. How mean.
Always friendly staff and terrific dry cleaning! Been a customer 25 years!
