Moved from a classic cleaners that had lockers so I didn't mind paying a little extra for convenience. No lockers and paying $8.40 for a pair of shorts is crazy. Time to find a new cleaners.
As someone who is new to the area, I had heard great things about your company and was excited to try y’all out. I dropped my clothes off, and during the period in which y’all had my clothes, a coupon from your company came in the mail. When I attempted to use it on my order at pickup I was rudely informed that coupons were only honored if they were presented when the clothes were dropped off. I was expecting it to be $2-3 per shirt for my Two shirts that I got dry cleaned. I was shocked over $20 to get two shirts cleaned. I will be back

Classic Cleaners is still my preferred Professionablle cleaners in Indy. I have been retired completely for the past 11 years. I needs now for your services have diminished over these past years. You are still my preferred service although I truly have limited needs now compared to past years. I always have had a tremendous appreciation whenever I see your vehicle(s) or your signage. pretty pricey in my opinion.
When I tried to pick up my jacket, the person trying to help me could not get the computer to tell us the cost. turns out when she asked me my last mane, my sons account came up with no balance due , even though my jacket was right there in front of us. So I had to make a second trip to pick up the jacket. They simply should ask the last and first name on the account. The cleaning was fine , thanks.
