My drop off experience was great. The person that waited on me was friendly and helpful. However, this survey is being sent to me prior to me picking up my clothes or even knowing they are ready for pick up. I recommend waiting to send this email for comments until after I have picked up my clothes.

Great hours and super close to me. First time I visited I mentioned I had just moved to the area and they sent me a hand written note thanking me for my business and wished me luck with my house! Can't wait to try their pick up and delivery service.
