I appreciated the employee who greeted me with a genuine and friendly smile and used my name to address me. This person actively listened to me as I explained my cleaning needs for my clothes and ensured me my needs would be taken care of my the team. When I picked up clothes I found that my cleaning needs were addressed and my clothes were returned to me in a condition beyond my expectation. The staff is always courteous and sensitive to customer needs, and the prices are reasonable. The garments are returned quickly and finished much to my satisfaction.
