Chase is the best! Everyone who works there is helpful and kind. Prices are great. They do a great job with weird tasks as well (see briefcase photo). I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly products. 10/10, would recommend!
if there are negative stars, I would give it brought a canada goose jacket(blue) for it to be dry cleaned because of 1 pea size stain came back after 2 days just to see the stain got bigger and now it has multiple stains on the front returned it back and was told to come back after 2 days went back and the stains is still on the jacket and now much more visible and upon checking the whole jacket I noticed another stain on the sleave brought the jacket there to be cleaned but instead I got it back with multiple dark stains al... read more
The owner,and the staff, are very professional, courteous, and friendly. Their cost-to-quality ratio is lower than the competition, they always delivered very on time, and go the extra mile to take care of the clothing. I have been their loyal customer for over 10 years and highly recommend them to friends and family.
My experience with Chase Cleaners has always been great! For more than 10 years nothing short of perfect customer service. The staff is always very welcoming and willing to assist you with all your dry cleaning needs. Garments always fresh and clean! Also the alterations service is great.
Chase Cleaners has been our family cleaners for over 10 year now. There is no other cleaner that pays such close attention to detail from the tissue paper that they use to fold into the clothing to the stains they eliminate. I’ve tried other cleaners but Chase is one of a kind.
