Chase is the best! Everyone who works there is helpful and kind. Prices are great. They do a great job with weird tasks as well (see briefcase photo). I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly products. 10/10, would recommend!
I have been bringing my dry cleaning and laundry to chase cleaners for many, many years. They are consistent, friendly and do excellent work. My clothes never seem to wear out. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, going to other dry cleaners. My clothes didn’t last as long. This is a professional group. They know their business and the nontoxic chemicals they use are very compatible with all fabrics. I highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning and laundry needs
I have come several times and every time it was a great experience. One worthwhile distinction is that some of the smaller shops cannot or do not run their washer/cleaner machine every day. So depending on what day they run it, they may not be able to get it back to you same day or next day. I can’t be certain but both times I have come in the morning asking them for a same day turnaround for my suit and they were able to do it. They are consistent and reliable. This dry cleaner is exceptional! They always deliver my garments on time, perfectly clean, and often catch stains and missing buttons before I do. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The staff is friendly, and they’ll dry clean anything I bring in. With multiple beautiful locations across Orange County, I wouldn’t trust my clothes with anyone else. Highly recommend!
