Excellent service and wonderful people. This was under different ownership when I started going here but the new owners haven’t missed a beat. I say new owners which is not accurate - they have owned it for quite a while now of course. I highly recommend Chase Cleaners to anyone looking for a great full service dry cleaner that can do it all!
I've used Chase for over a year now and I'm always happy with the results. They are incredibly fast, have great attention to detail,are cost effective, and have always done a fantastic job.
Dishonest business practice and rude customer service. There are two locations, Irvine and Tustin, under the same ownership, as a new customer we presented the 30% off coupon (for new customers) and 20% off coupon (if presented at pick-up) to the Irvine location and they (the owner and staff) refused to accept it with all kinds of excuses e.g. not presented at drop-off, etc., totally subpar & "don't care" customer service. The location is convenient and I’ve tried using Chase 3 times now. If you need very basic dry cleaning for dress shirts and anything not valuable, it’s a good option. The other two times I wish I had a better experience. Definitely think twice before you do anything complicated like alterations. On two occasions, they couldn’t find my dress and I had to go back twice and they quoted me one price then charged me double when I picked it up. Did not appreciate feeling taken advantage of.
Very rude owner!! There are tons of great cleaners in Irvine, you’re better off going to one where the owner is not a jerk. Give your money to a business that has good people running the shop and not one where you have to trust people with your clothes who have zero people skills.
