Wonderful experience! Chase Cleaners is quick (usually 24 hour turnaround) and their prices are very reasonable. Their employees are friendly. Chase also have a couple of dedicated 5-minute parking for their own store which makes things easy for dropping off and picking up one’s items.
Excellent service and wonderful people. This was under different ownership when I started going here but the new owners haven’t missed a beat. I say new owners which is not accurate - they have owned it for quite a while now of course. I highly recommend Chase Cleaners to anyone looking for a great full service dry cleaner that can do it all!
All in all we've been happy with Chase Cleaners in Irvine. The ladies are very helpfull. There was just one time one, I took one of my husbands very expensive pants, that I'm not sure what happened, but they were shrunk! Not sure what procedure they used at the cleaners, and of course myy husband was very upset and he went in to speak to personnel, he was advised to take them back in and see what they could do to stretch them??? I've used Chase for over a year now and I'm always happy with the results. They are incredibly fast, have great attention to detail,are cost effective, and have always done a fantastic job.
Dishonest business practice and rude customer service. There are two locations, Irvine and Tustin, under the same ownership, as a new customer we presented the 30% off coupon (for new customers) and 20% off coupon (if presented at pick-up) to the Irvine location and they (the owner and staff) refused to accept it with all kinds of excuses e.g. not presented at drop-off, etc., totally subpar & "don't care" customer service.
