Hello everyone just wanted everyone to know before I mention anything and never in my life complained or reviewed any business in a good or bad way. This is the first time I get frustrated and I let it go for six months and the incident occurred again and that gives the business zero star if that exists. First time trying chase cleaners, went in to adjust the hem of a dress. They didn’t notify me when it was ready - I had to call myself. And it was an expensive service, cost almost as much as the dress itself. Probably wont return.
Had a very pleasant experience with Chase Cleaners- both attendees where courteous and welcoming. The cloak I took in was well cleaned and spots removed.- happy customer 🤗
Wonderful experience! Chase Cleaners is quick (usually 24 hour turnaround) and their prices are very reasonable. Their employees are friendly. Chase also have a couple of dedicated 5-minute parking for their own store which makes things easy for dropping off and picking up one’s items.
We had Al Phillips for many years and I was a little nervous when Chase took over but they are actually much better! They do such a thorough job and the presentation is so nice too. We use the delivery service and they never miss! Cannot recommend more highly.
