I love Chase cleaners. Everyone that works there is great and very friendly. They are so fast that sometimes I’ve gotten my clothes back same day But usually, it’s one day lead time. I’ve never had any issue as far as quality goes and they always do a great job. They might not be the cheapest but quality is than cheap.

The front lady with a straight long hair was very nice however the man who helped me inside the shop was very disrespectful. I was concerned about the length of the dress and he responded in a very poor manor that I was the one who decided on how long it should be when he could have suggested more alteration. The tone, facial gesture, body language and approach was rude and off putting.

One star for getting my coat dry cleaned well. No star for everything else. Went there twice and the guy (owner?) with a mustache and glasses was ridiculous and dishonest. First time I went, the shop was open (with doors open). He was eating in the back and came forward to take my order but blurbed out that I was disturbing his lunch. Ok, no big deal. The girls being all sarcastic give me smart responses and then they stretch out all of my shirt colors so now I have to get all my shirts tailored and have the collar tightened up again. Apparently they don't care about you never come here and waste your money. they also like to lie about their prices.

They cleaned my expensive blankets. I was very worried about them getting lost or damaged, but they did a great job and a fair price.Thank you very much
