I love Chase cleaners. Everyone that works there is great and very friendly. They are so fast that sometimes I’ve gotten my clothes back same day But usually, it’s one day lead time. I’ve never had any issue as far as quality goes and they always do a great job. They might not be the cheapest but quality is than cheap.
Amazing place to go to for dry cleaning. I took my 3 piece suit in for a wedding I’m going to. This was my second attempt to get it done but everywhere was 2 day minimum. Chase cleaners took my suit though and happily accommodated me even though they were also 2 day wait time. Amazing service and still did a great job. Thank you for helping me
I had an Emergency with a Tux for a Prom and took it to CHSE CLEANERS. Not only did they accept it for repair- they did it in a very short notice of time!!! The Tux came out Beautiful!!! Chase Cleaners is right across the street from my apartment. Staff are always courteous and attentive. Dry cleaning services are quick and reasonably priced. Been going here for that last couple years and will continue to support their business. Thanks!
I have literally never left a bad review in my life, but I thought this experience was egregious enough to warrant one. I brought in a cotton jacket for a very simple alteration, just hemming the sleeves about an inch and a half. I dropped it off on a weekend, and the employee told me their alterations person only works weekdays, but if it was something simple she could write down instructions and pass them along.
