Wonderful experience! Chase Cleaners is quick (usually 24 hour turnaround) and their prices are very reasonable. Their employees are friendly. Chase also have a couple of dedicated 5-minute parking for their own store which makes things easy for dropping off and picking up one’s items.
One of top places in the OC. Always great attention to detail when picking up my garments. The staff is always so friendly and the turn around is quicker than any other place I’ve tried. I knew the first time I used them, that this is the place to go!
We had Al Phillips for many years and I was a little nervous when Chase took over but they are actually much better! They do such a thorough job and the presentation is so nice too. We use the delivery service and they never miss! Cannot recommend more highly.
The owner of this business is dishonest. I took a white, black and red dress in for cleaning. I noticed a week after picking it up that the white was now pink. I took it back and he said he would redo it. When I picked it up, it was still pink. When I told him it was still pink and looked like it might be worse, he then stated "See, I knew you were going to say that. I didn't redo it at all." Excellent service and wonderful people. This was under different ownership when I started going here but the new owners haven’t missed a beat. I say new owners which is not accurate - they have owned it for quite a while now of course. I highly recommend Chase Cleaners to anyone looking for a great full service dry cleaner that can do it all!
