The front lady with a straight long hair was very nice however the man who helped me inside the shop was very disrespectful. I was concerned about the length of the dress and he responded in a very poor manor that I was the one who decided on how long it should be when he could have suggested more alteration. The tone, facial gesture, body language and approach was rude and off putting.

The girls being all sarcastic give me smart responses and then they stretch out all of my shirt colors so now I have to get all my shirts tailored and have the collar tightened up again. Apparently they don't care about you never come here and waste your money. they also like to lie about their prices.

Wonderful experience! Chase Cleaners is quick (usually 24 hour turnaround) and their prices are very reasonable. Their employees are friendly. Chase also have a couple of dedicated 5-minute parking for their own store which makes things easy for dropping off and picking up one’s items.

I have been a ‘frequent flyer’ with Chase Cleaners for close to 3 decades. They continue to provide excellent, professional and optimum service. I highly recommend Chase over all others!

We had Al Phillips for many years and I was a little nervous when Chase took over but they are actually much better! They do such a thorough job and the presentation is so nice too. We use the delivery service and they never miss! Cannot recommend more highly.
