Not well. You wanted to over charge me for dry cleaning and i only had items to be pressed. I did question the amount of each item to be pressed and was told they had to hand iron the shirts because they couldn't use the presser. It shouldn't be my problem the presser was to large/ small I can't remember what they said.

Items that should look pressed and freshly dry cleaned, look like they were thrown in a machine and then put on a hanger. Doesn’t look like much effort is put into the finished look. Disappointed.

Clothes were good however, pricing seems high. While we all understand inflation, women’s shirts costing more when no pockets or buttons seem excessive to charge higher price. We had a lot of clothes and even sweaters, but $160 was hard process. Sherry

Everyone there was very nice and pleasant. The down to this cleaners for me was, my husband pants are faded and they were not when I dropped them off. My jeans were also a little faded and the were new. My reason for taking the pants to the cleaners was so that I wouldn’t fade them at home in my washer.

The cost was unbelievable for taking up the waist line one half inch = $42.00, 2 dresses hemmed at over $50.00, for both at over $94.00, and I did not pay half for all three garments. Though the price was reduced it was still outrageous at $51.00. I’m still in disbelief for this cost. I thought I had found a place that I could depend on to take off my clothing needs, but felt totally ripped off. It’s hard to trust anyone these days. Sad!

$9.95 is too much to pay only to have one pair of trousers ironed!

I have had snaps put on my boxers for years. Every time I have provided the snaps. I understand inflation and the dire straits our economy has taken but when the cost of putting snaps exceeds the cost of the boxers, we have a problem. I have had Champion put them on before but it was nowhere the cost it was this time. It cost $63.00 to put on FIVE (5) snaps. It was MY fault for not asking this time. I am now learning to put on snaps!

I left two pair of pants to be dry cleaned. I did not say dry clean because I thought I am at a dry cleaner and they will dry clean my pants. I could not wear pants when I got them back because they had shrunk. When I took them back And talked to the person at the shop she told me they cleaned according to the care label. Not only had the pants shrunk, but they also were faded, which would not have happened had they’ve been dry cleaned.
