I dropped off and clothes were not cleaned properly nor wrinkles were out of jacket . Money was refunded as well but I won’t be back to visit
I came by to drop off my husbands jacket and it was before they opened. Didn’t realize I was early. As I started back to my car the young lady came and opened the door and said since I was dropping off she could take it. She could have let me come back later but went the extra mile.
Needed a formal gown steamed on short notice & the ladies at Champion Cleaners in Calera, Alabama went out of their way to assist! Good old fashioned customer service is what they delivered!
Champion Cleaners. If you keep sending messages this is what they will all start saying. “Terrible work n not timely. [Had to tell Champion not to contact me again. ]
The quality of work is good; however the customer services is not great if you are a person of color.
I would not qualify for pick up and deliver because I live in Bibb County and do not have enough weekly cleaning to justify for pu/delivery service but I am very pleased with what cleaning I do take to from Champion Cleaners and the people that work there.
I am very pleased with Champion Cleaners and the staff.

My initial contact with the employee when I dropped off my items wasn’t spectacular, but it didn’t bother me as much as when I picked up my items. The guy was seemed pleasant enough but occupied ...the highest issue I have is with my items...it looks as if my jackets had been scrapped with a razor as the fibers are all standing up, and my jackets are piling too!
