Ladies in the cleaners very professional, friendly & courteous. I was very pleased they fix my zipper & cleaned it. I appreciate the reminder emails & text show you the status on your items & to pick it up.

I found Cavalier Cleaners after reading reviews online. They did a wonderful job on my mom’s coat. Reasonably priced and the woman who greeted me was nice and friendly. They do alterations which I plan on using in the near future! I’ve found my new dry cleaner! I highly recommend!

I went to have a military dress uniform done at their establishment, very nice people very professional but the work is not there, a brand new 300$ jacket now has a very noticeable tear to it. I asked the lady working if they knew how to handle military uniforms and she assured me they did. Clearly not ,Very disappointed and won’t be returning

I dropped my daughter’s Lululemon track jacket off to have the zipper fixed. It took about a week to get it back. The service was great and the communication is very good. You get a link that tracks the status of your order which I’ve never seen before.

“Convenience or quality”….typically you have to sacrifice one of the other, except for when you go to Cavalier Cleaners. Convenient location, very kind and helpful staff, and consistently good service. I’ve used them many times now for comforter/blankets, work blazers, and delicate items —had great outcomes each time. Plus their prices are reasonable and their turnaround time is much quicker than the previous cleaner I used.
