I’ve brought in a queen size comforter to be cleaned. They did a great job of cleaning it, getting rid of all the doggy dirt foot prints. Turnaround time was fantastic. And best of all I caught a sale on quilt cleaning. The people who took my order and who checked me out when I picked it up we’re all great!
I had a great experience using Cavalier. The staff there were all pleasant and it’s nice that a dry cleaners actually stays open until 7pm. They pressed a suit jacket for me. Came back looking great and no damage. And 24-hour turnaround was very convenient. I will use again.
This was my 1st time using their services and we were completely satisfied with the results of our clothing. I was also given a welcome gift!! Making customers feel appreciated for using their services on day 1 is a huge customer service great experience. They have a customer for life by offering great customer service and great results on our clothing!
Cindy was personable and courteous. My orders were completed on time. They did a great job taking the red wine stain out of my white shirt.
I am pleased with the clean but the price was steep it was almost $80 for a basic cocktail dress, a crochet throw blanket and a faux down comforter. Staff was very friendly and the turn around time was quick. Overall a good experience.
