We were so impressed! The dry cleaning was quick, and our electric blanket came back smelling fresh and feeling so clean. The drop off process was super simple. You just bag it, enter your info at the kiosk, and place it in the bin. Pickup was just as easy. I entered my info again and a locker automatically unlocked with my order inside. Truly amazing service! We’ll definitely be using them again.

First time in. Young lady was very helpful and friendly. So easy. Service was great. Comforter was clean and ready for pickup within 24 hours! She had said 3 business days, which was fine. But they got it done quickly ! I will be back

The self-service model doesn’t work for me. One little mistake inputting information, and not by me, causes massive delays and frustration. The robot won’t give you your stuff back. Just hire someone to deal with customers. Also they don’t fold dress shirts nicely, they just cover them in plastic. The business model requiring me to do all the work sucks and I will not be returning, ever. Lost a customer for life. Good luck running a business with bad service.

I had a gown pressed for my daughter. It was beautifully done. It had a bodice form insert to keep its shape, in a plastic bag with the bottom sealed so nothing would happen to it. The pressing was lovely. Good job!!!

The concept of business that Burke Cleaners operates is truly outstanding. Not only is the cleaning, top notch and extremely professional, the access to your clothing 24 seven is very convenient and serving to the customer. Top it off with the personal and professional service provided by the staff in the stores makes this an outstanding cleaning. Service that I will continue to use
