I truly regret entrusting my expensive, Merino Wool, made in Ireland sweater with this dry cleaning service. Received my ruined and seriously shrunken sweater which I don't believe I'll be able to fix. It was my favorite piece. It had a soft flowing weave which seized up after their process.
