Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Brothers Cleaners provide exceptional service. They are reliable, professional and consistently exceeds expectations. Since moving to Raleigh 6 months ago, they have been the only service i can count on.
Greeting was very professional. Wait time was just at about 30 seconds. In and out in minutes. Turn around service was phenomenal. Received my garments within 24-48 hours. I’m officially a lifer with Brothers Cleaners!!
It was my first time. I’ve bounced around a bit recently. Yours was the best customer service I have had; Professional and courteous.
You guys go a great job. Superb service. But, if I’ve earned a 25% off coupon and it expires 3 weeks after receiving it, I don’t see that as being a benefit. It’s a waste of a coupon.
