You guys did a terrible job. I dropped my wife's uniform off at the dry cleaners on August 8th and when I went on August 10th to pick up her wedding dress, I was told that it was misplaced and cannot be found. After speaking with several managers as well as the store owner, two hours later it was later found at the pleasant valley location terribly wrinkled and not even done. This place is unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
It took over 1 month for someone to follow up on my online inquiry. When someone finally called they explained the routes and a driver would call me later that day to discuss procedures. The call representative also said they would email me a price list as soon as we hung up, I never received that price list. Said route driver didn't call me until he showed up at my home a week later. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he didn't even know I was added until he saw his route for that day. Damaged/lost items during fire was poorly handled. I was not notified of damaged/lost items, I found out by accident a few months after the fact. I had to make several phone calls. It was a hassle. I recently was notified that a shirt was damaged while cleaning. Again, we need to get the necessary information to you for reimbursement which is never the same as having the original shirt.
We like our Brothers route man, Mr. Larry Barlow, VERY MUCH. However, recently the Accounts Receivable Dept. notified me that my account was past due--by three months. When I called that dept. and told "Brittany" that my credit card statements showed that my bills had indeed been paid, she very courteously agreed to show that my account had a zero balance. I also requested an email statement that the overdue notification had been an error and was not intended for my account, but I did not receive it.
You delivered someone else's dry cleaning yesterday, so I had to arrange to meet them so they could have their items. On several occasions, my dry cleaning has not been delivered back until 2 weeks later than expected. This makes it impossible to plan for events and travel, because I never know if I will actually get items back in time. I've contacted Customer Service about the above issues on multiple occasions, both by phone and by email and NEVER receive a reply.

Tough to schedule a pickup, I called customer service and no one showed up. Then the customer service email doesn't work. Then my coupon wasn't applied. I'm probably done using your service... sorry but I hope you understand!
Your online login process does not work. I cannot retrieve my old password - says it does not exist. When I try to create a new account it says my email address is already registered. I'd like to pay my bill - which is late (?) but I never received a bill (?) - online but I have no way to do so.....arghhhh.....
I have called four times for a re-do that has not been picked up now for more than a week and a half. I will no longer do business with Brothers. Your service was inadequate; I gave you an opportunity to fix it; you have ignored it. I will be commenting to the Better Business Bureau, social media and calling my bank to report improper charges.
