There was no option for not sure so I responded no in order to give feedback. I came one evening at 6:59pm to drop off clothes. Two ladies were working at the register but neither came to the car. I got out and went in with my clothes. Not to be ageist but the older woman said in a rather "snarky" tone, "you do know that we close at 7 right"? Two of my shirts came back to me with small holes in them and I can no longer wear them for formal events.

I truly dislike the boxes you use for folded shirts!1. They rip my hands when opening. 2. Then they need to be broken down and still,take a lot of room in the recycling bins. 3. Such a waste. Your competitors use and nice bag with handles that at least can be reused for other purposes. Therefore I request that my shirts not be placed in Boxes however more times than not when I pick them up,they are in boxes!

We moved on 11/18. It has been 3 weeks and i have not heard from my driver as to when he will be picking up at my new location. We have driven 10 mins to drop things off. We are very frustrated at the lack of communication.

Repeated lost items, no resolution. Late return of items promised at a certain time for a certain event and again no great care... 2 days later a phone call that I could come pick up my item. They did comp that one thing but it did little to make up for the inconvenience of 3 trips there plus phone calls. Still missing- custom made dress.

I live in Greenbridge in Chapel Hill. For what it is worth, I don't like needing to pick up a bag and write my name on a piece of paper each time I have clothes picked up. I end up not getting a bag, missing a pickup date, or whatever, which just makes the whole process annoying enough that I am considering just dropping my clothes off at a different cleaner.

Up until recently, I was quite pleased with your door to door service. However, a favorite blouse. Of my was not returned rd and when I contacted my server, Bill Wrenn, he never responded. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but am now uncomfortable trusting my clothes to you.
