I have sent your driver an email requesting that he replace the recycle hanger box that he failed to replace on his previous visit but to no avail. This am I left hangers for recycling and he didn't provide a hanger container. Small issue, maybe to him, not me.

I've been pleased with the quality of the dry cleaning, and convenience of pick-up and delivery. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up after Brothers lost my almost-new $258 Eileen Fisher jacket. I contacted customer service last Fall, and was referred to our driver. My mom was not very happy with the service. Items that were for dry cleaning appeared to be washed. Black colored items were returned brown. The pick up and delivery was always timely.
I have been using brother's for while and it seems the quality of work keeps going down. Although the driver Larry gets five star . Unfortunately your work isn't the same as it used to be.
No communication. As a new customer, my items just disappeared one day, and then reappeared another day. I had no idea of the cost, or the duration to clean them. Prices were substantially higher than my expectations. Duration was substantially higher than my expectation.
We have been customers for over 10 years and the quality has gradually decreased over time. There needs to be more quality control before clothes are delivered. Our shirts are often delivered creased and have to be redone. What's worse is When I bring in to have redone the attitude is very lax. I was even told once basically to expect this to occur. It appears the expectations for service are low. I would switch if I new of a better provider.
after 8-10 years of service we have moved. i have spoken with associates in the NH stores and called Jacob on site. NO ONE has contacted me regarding a pickup/delivery.
Was way more expensive than I was expecting.
