Had no record of item dropped off. Took a manager to find it. Then it was returned damaged. They had to repair it. The manager was arrogant condescending and should not work with people. The First Lady that helped me was useless. Never go back to this place and I will tell others about this place. I will only talk to the owner

My idems were donated, without anyone contacting me. I had 7 jackets all of my winter jackets. No where on the receipt or paperwork states they will donate you stuff after 90 days.
Love the pick up service. The main reason I choose your service. A lot of times I find my clothes that are stained still returned stained and in the same condition. Yet I pay full price for them. Only in one circumstance have y’all stated a reason that the item wasn’t resolved. Even if y’all can’t get the stain out, vocalize it and tell me why.
