i took a couple of expensive polo shirts that had some coffee stains, before i left them with you, i asked the clerk if they thought they could be removed. i dont normally dry clean my polo shirts just wash and hang up. the clerk at the counter said they could get the stains out. so i agree to leave and pay for then to be dry cleaned. when i picjed them up, the stains were not gone and there was no change other than the shirts were dry cleaned with the stains present. i have discarded the shirts, as i cant where them ... read more

On April 21, 2019 I wrote a rating on Brothers Website regarding my crocheted table cloth from last November when I brought it in to the Atlantic Store back in November 2018. After speaking on April 22nd with the owner Miss Johnson sends an email on April 22nd saying the item was delivered to my house and it was not delivered. I wrote her back on April 30th telling her it was never delivered to me and that I should be compensated for the lost item. I never heard back from the email I sent Johnson on April 30th.
I had 5 small throw rugs cleaned and it took over a week. You also charged me $232 for the service. I think that was outrageous. If I would have known, I would have done them myself in my big wash machine one at a time. Have done that before. I should have asked the price up front. My bad. You bad, and have lost a customer.
I have called Corporate offices 4x as well as the Atlantic store location asking for my table cloth back for my small table and nobody has gotten back to me on where it went to. This wasnt the first item that they misplaced.
I picked rug up paided 90 bucks to have it cleaned still smells like dogs. Not happy!!!
Shirts were not done the way i wanted after two tries
Acct shut down because I was traveling I guess. Strange.
Returned part of my dry cleaning without the rest. Did not quickly respond to communication about where the rest was.
