Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I took 40 yr. old seat pads in to be cleaned. When I picked them up, they were several shades lighter and looked so much better. Brothers always does a good job.
I picked up my raincoat and when I got home, only the lining and belt were there. I came back and told the woman about it. The computer was down and apparently the manager was not there. The manager texted me and said they found my raincoat. She said that I wouldn't have to pay but I had already paid. I just think that it would have been nice to have some kind of discount.
I did not like your hemming this time. One linen shirt was picked.
i took a couple of expensive polo shirts that had some coffee stains, before i left them with you, i asked the clerk if they thought they could be removed. i dont normally dry clean my polo shirts just wash and hang up. the clerk at the counter said they could get the stains out. so i agree to leave and pay for then to be dry cleaned. when i picjed them up, the stains were not gone and there was no change other than the shirts were dry cleaned with the stains present. i have discarded the shirts, as i cant where them ... read more
