Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I signed up for free pick up and delivery and I sent my brothers favorite jeans because they haven’t a a blue satin and the driver misplaced his jeans, and they were miscommunication from him

$70.00 to dry clean a $8.00 Thrift Store coat which only had a small leather collar and elbow pads. I believe your policy states you should have called me first for approval and how do you think any normal, logical person would respond: NO THANK YOU. If you want the coat for your charges you can have it. I am a loyal customer and I feel like I should be treated like a loyal customer. My driver has not picked up my clothes the last two scheduled days. I replied to the emails that keep reminding me he is coming but didn’t get a response. Please advise.
My husband a long time customer passed away wee hours of Friday 9/9/22. I had a friend bring a shirt by late Friday am so I could have it fresh to put on his body for the viewing etc. your staff Refused to make an exception to the extenuating circumstances to get the shirt ready by Ron on Friday. The left the shirt and I had them go back and retrieve it. I washed and pressed it myself. I am blown away that you don’t train your people any better than to treat a deceased Long long long time customer any such way.
Prices are too expensive my dress went from $18 to $28 this will be my final visit upon picking up my dress
I Know its 2022 but your prices to clean are more than cost of items I had cleaned I find it hard to believe a pair of shorts cost $11.00 dollars its crazy Im floored I get it Im just gonna buy new and throw away dirty ones
