I’m new to the area and thought I’d try you guys out. I was stunned to find out you charge $7 to clean a pair of pants. My bad as I didn’t ask when I dropped off the clothes. I will not be returning as thankfully there seems to be plenty of options in Raleigh.
I had a $5.00 off coupon. After several visits (at least 4), I was unable to use the coupon but no one in the store knew how to process it within the system. (a different employee each time) Ironically, the coupon was given to me at the same store. What is the purpose of giving out a coupon if the customer is unable to use it due to the staff's lack of training? I've been going to Medlin-Davis ever since and have been happy with their service.

I brought in my wedding dress to be cleaned & preserved. I came in the same day I was sent the e-mailed to come in & view my dress. Over a month went by & I had not received an email to pick up my dress. I called & left a message. The next day, someone returned my call. The clerk said I had not come in to view my dress. too Pricey and they misplaced one of my items for 3-4 days, said they would credit me the money and then never did...
The staff was very friendly but my white dress shirt (for my wedding suit) came out yellow around the collar, cuffs, and button crease.
Although the service was amazing and they did a great job cleaning my clothes, the cost was a lot more than I thought it would be and unfortunately that will make it difficult to return in the future.
You are breaking buttons off my shirt and fixing them. Not acceptable! I am looking for another cleaners. I moved up from Texas and I miss the service I had.
This is second time I've provided a response. You baited and switched price on my items and the manager was horrible at rectifying situation.
