Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I do not get my shirts dry cleaned frequently. With that been said my shirts have never come back cleaner and in better shape tha. they did this time. The front staff are also very easy to work with and laugh at my jokes so that's an extra bonus. I will be a returning customer.

Fantastic, quick, and looks new
I'm very pleased with a the results of a very difficult repair to an older wool coat that belonged to my late mother. I plan to continue to bring items to Brother's now that I have found them to be very reliable and reasonable!
Great dependable service
As a new customer, I was blown away by the customer service of the Brother's staff, as well as the quality of their work. They will definitely be my go to cleaners while working in Raleigh.
Brought a crumpled, dirty stored wool coat in for resuscitation.. didn't have high hopes for it. They fully cleaned and restored it to like new condition. Very helpful staff, very good results.
