My first experience using Brother's Cleaners was great. The customer service person was polite and efficient, and was very personable offering friendly conversation, and remembered to give me a coupon book, which I used on my next order. Always fast, friendly service
Your prices are higher than other cleaners but it’s worth it. Your staff knows me by name and how I want my order. I’ve had no problems since the cleaners I was doing business with parted ways. The idea of texting you when your order is ready is a nice touch. All of this makes me feel that you appreciate my business.

Very quick service on cleaning a small wool National Park blanket. Pleased with the e-mail and text notification system.
My husband who died 2 years ago used Brothers cleaners for all his shirts & suits. I knew that my cleaning bill was going to be more than what I had budgeted & when I asked the lady who took my clothes if there were any coupons she told me to sign up on line & gave me a coupons to use since I was a new customer. That was so nice of her & I think that is great customer service.
