Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. The customer service person was polite and efficient, and was very personable offering friendly conversation, and remembered to give me a coupon book, which I used on my next order. Always fast, friendly service
Your prices are higher than other cleaners but it’s worth it. Your staff knows me by name and how I want my order. I’ve had no problems since the cleaners I was doing business with parted ways. The idea of texting you when your order is ready is a nice touch. All of this makes me feel that you appreciate my business.

Very quick service on cleaning a small wool National Park blanket. Pleased with the e-mail and text notification system.
My husband who died 2 years ago used Brothers cleaners for all his shirts & suits. I knew that my cleaning bill was going to be more than what I had budgeted & when I asked the lady who took my clothes if there were any coupons she told me to sign up on line & gave me a coupons to use since I was a new customer. That was so nice of her & I think that is great customer service.
