Very expensive and poorly executed. Four shorts and three short-sleeve T-shirts were only pressed for over $98. Please examine the garments for yourself and decide if it was worth the cost.never again….PLEASE don’t fall in this trap like I did 🙋🏻🤦🏻
I needed a white shirt pressed and clean with the starch collar and start sleeves to travel. I received my shirt back folded as if it came out of a store package and a shopping bag I will take more clothes there. The experience was wonderful
WICKED EXPENSIVE!!!! I have never paid so much for dry cleanig in my life! I am from Texas and no way is it this much - over $150 for 17 items!!! Had several items returned with tags on them that said "Laundry Only" when I said specifically "DRY CLEAN ALL" and then they split my order into two different returns and had to go back the next day and get the rest - I was visiting from out of town and had to rearrange my schedule just to get the rest of my order. Don't do it !!! They don't tell you they don't take cash payments until after you go to pick up your yours cloths. They only take credit cards. Then if you don't have or use credit cards, they illegally keep your cloths and refuse to hand them back to you. That's what I would call theft. AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER $31.00 FOR 3 TIES, BUT ONLY CHARGE $11.00 FOR A PAIR OF PANTS, DO YOU BELIEVE THIS, IT'S CRIMINAL. They are in violation of Florida law and can be fined as much $2500.00 for a 1st offense. But you have to take them ... read more
I had sportcoat sleeves adjusted at the Heathrow location. The tailor was knowledgeable and accommodating of my timeline. Price was better than expected, too. They even had it sent to the Apopka location, closer to where I was staying. I could not be happier with the whole experience.
