I dropped off a white shirt early in the AM and was assured it would be folded and wrapped for shipment that evening for an important event. When I picked it up that evening it was on a hanger.
I used Best Cleaners (BC) a second time, and again for convenience. I will say the service and quality is awful....again. This time I dropped a suit that I had purchased not even a month ago. The cuffs on the pants got a bit dirty with what looked like grease stains. I showed the young pleasant girl in the counter. She assured me that it will be taken care off. Unable to remove simple grease stain on suit pants. Not sure if anyone made the attempt to remove. I remember when PERC was being used. A bit of Pyratex would have removed it with no problem. All it takes is for someone to care.

The garment that I asked to be cleaned still had discoloration around the neck. This was to be used for my wedding tomorrow. And now I still have to wear it.. And the price was very expensive. So I lost both ways. I will not be coming back to Best Cleaners.. For anything

Has been great until you ask me to fill out these surveys we have enough to do on our phones and emails and text messages you know the bottom line is we want clean clothes and greatly you do that well

$31 I have a comforter cleaned it came back more wrinkled than when I brought it to you and it was brand new I think your prices are out of control
disorganized and couldnt find my suit, took her 3 times to finally find it.

I feel i was "ripped off", I brought 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed and 3 shorts that needed metal clips, my jaw dropped when she said " it will be $60.00 " then they gave me a $10.00 off coupon for next visit , realizing i was over charged,. After all that i wont be going back again .
