The girl who was working didn’t greet me - didn’t say hello & was acting as if I was putting her out ... to do her job. She was huffy while gathering my 13, items. That were a total of $200! I spend a lot of money at your establishment & each time th re is a different person working ... none of which is pleasant, helpful or happy.

I had a 35% off coupon for dropping on Black Friday which I did, however I did not have access to the actual coupon until I picked up because I was not at work, however presented coupon when picked up my order and they would not honor.

Hello, my garments were properly clean and ready when promised, but when. I went pay, I was informed that I need to have the exact change or I had to pay with a credit card. I found this very disappointing. How that your store no longer believes in consumer service. Regards, Jim Potter

I brought in a leather shoe to be repaired. The seam in the heel had separated. It is sewn up but I had expected a more professional repair for $18. It was sloppy & uneven. It was not professional.

Dropped off 7 shirts recidt says 14. Not to mention I got there at 9:15 and store wad closed. Had to call them.
Not the best anymore. Something happened at this place fairly recently and it’s not what it used to be. Confused staff, poor results, and just an unsatisfactory overall customer experience. I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.
