Even though my home was in a new neighborhood not on GPS, the guys found me. They left my dry cleaning in the cover of my doorway so it would not get wet in the rain and took my next group of items left for them. This is a terrific service to us now during the pandemic. I would welcome to keep it going though when we return to our new normal!

The gentleman that picked up was very polite and courteous. Just wondering if you can narrow down the time of pickup and drop off. I don’t want to leave my things on the front door to be picked up nor do I want him to drop things off and leave them on my porch. I’m on a fairly busy street. Perhaps it would be better for me to continue to drop off and pick up myself. This is not a reflection on the service or the delivery guy, it just may not work for me. Many thanks.
