Had a pretty lousy experience here. Brought in two T-shirts and one long sleeve henley for a hem — the hems were finished with a non-stretch stitch, which caused the shirts to lose their natural drape and flare out instead of falling cleanly. On my henley, the hem was frayed before the first wear (see photo). They seem nice and I’m sure do good dry cleaning - I’d just suggest bringing your alterations somewhere more professional like Advanced European Tailoring.
Excellent service. I needed an off the rack suit tailored and they did it flawlessly in short order. They've been my go to for dry cleaning for a while. Nice people too!
Five stars for this shop! They did a beautiful job on an alteration (sleeve shortening) and the price was very reasonable. I found them searching for same day alterations after realizing that the sleeves on my daughter's school concert dress were too long and it was beyond my skill to fix. I came in late Thursday hoping the alteration could be done by end of day on Friday. The tailor there explained that her main workdays were Tuesday and Thursday (so take note). I took an item to this dry cleaners and was told it would be ready in about 10 days. When I went to pick it up the day after the promised date, my item could not be found and was considered lost. I ended up spending much longer there than expected while staff tried to figure out what the item was, but I ultimately left without it and without any clear answers. I was told one price and charged another. She said I told her to dry clean everything and I didn’t. So…..everything went up by almost 17.00 per garment 5 of the 9 items we’re new and never worn thus not in need of dry cleaning and i would never ask someone to dry clean my jeans. Lesson learned- Always get a receipt of costs before you leave. Additionally, one of the hems I was erroneously charged was too short so now I have to go back to a place that cheated me.
