Had a pretty lousy experience here. Brought in two T-shirts and one long sleeve henley for a hem — the hems were finished with a non-stretch stitch, which caused the shirts to lose their natural drape and flare out instead of falling cleanly. On my henley, the hem was frayed before the first wear (see photo). They seem nice and I’m sure do good dry cleaning - I’d just suggest bringing your alterations somewhere more professional like Advanced European Tailoring.
Incredible service. Super fast, and only about $80 for my wedding dress to be cleaned to perfection. It was soooooo dirty after some woodland partying, and it had been sitting in my closet for nearly two months post wedding! I took it to Royal Cleaners and it looks brand new. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be coming back :)
I used to love this place, but the last time I brought a delicate pashmina, they returned it all messed up. The pashmina was a gift from my in-laws and had jewelry. I did ask the lady at the front desk if they would watch out for the jewelry from falling off, and she said, "Yes, it's ok," and guess what, it was not! I will not return to this place ever again!
Five stars for this shop! They did a beautiful job on an alteration (sleeve shortening) and the price was very reasonable. I found them searching for same day alterations after realizing that the sleeves on my daughter's school concert dress were too long and it was beyond my skill to fix. I came in late Thursday hoping the alteration could be done by end of day on Friday. The tailor there explained that her main workdays were Tuesday and Thursday (so take note).
