Charged me $13.50 vs $4.50 per shirt because I didn't indicate shirts should always be laundered vs dry cleaned. I have never encountered a service that does this. When I called to inquire they said they couldn't do anything. Booo...
I have been using this location for our dry cleaning needs for many years. Service is always great and our clothes and household goods are always well cared for. I especially appreciate that cleaned comforters are packed in zip up bags for easy storage. Staff (Purity) is always pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work!
Baryames moved across the street to a new location. They now have this pretty slick app and locker drop off system in the main lobby that’s open 24 seven. Natalie was really helpful at setting this up for me. Very convenient location and system.
