I received excellent service this evening at the Charlotte location. The staff member working this evening addressed my concerns and called after the scheduled closing time to verify that an alteration I requested was correct. I did not get the staff members name as she was busy helping others when I initially arrived but she definitely went above and beyond when most would only be concerned about closing on time.
