Your prices are to high. Had 2 piece suit and a summer dress cleaned and it was $35. Also my dress wasn’t pressed very well. Won’t go back

Twice my jacket wasn’t pressed correctly, looked terrible. I said something when I took it in the second time and they just said, “sorry”

I was told that if I brought in six shirts that one would be free. To be safe I brought in 8 shirts to be laundered and pressed. Returning home I saw that I did not get a free shirt, but got charged for all 8 shirts.
I brought a brand new dress to be cleaned and the bow on the front was completely ruined, it is now frayed on both ends and the thread attaching it to the dress has been loosened and torn so the bow is hardly attached. Dress was never worn. Prices for dry cleaning were high and not worth the money.

Dropped off a pair of pants for cleaning and also asked if it was possible to stretch. They said no problem so I thought all would be good. The pants were torn in two spots so they were sent to the general manager for review. Got the pants back a second time with only one bad repair job and the second tear untouched along with a $9.95 charge for unfinished repairs. They gave me a $7.00 refund for the original bill. Pants are ruined and I have no desire to use their services again.

Didn't give me an estimated when I dropped it off, but said a coat deal was coming up. Charged me $39 for 1 coat, a knit pull over that didn't look like it had been cleaned & 1 sweater. I'm very disappointed. I won't b back.

I want to give you 0 start but it wouldn't let me. I brought in 2 perfectly good dress coats to be cleaned and now I have none. You completely ruined one coat and lost the belt on the 2nd coat. You offered me a replacement belt which does not match. Basically I was very nicely told "Too bad, so sad. You're out of luck". What really infuriates me is that they bagged up my coats and never called me to tell me what happened. Like I would never notice!! Very dishonest business practice. Was almost overcharged after specifically waiting to bring in my items until they were on special. I had to prove to the clerk that I dropped them off during the sale period.
