I dropped off a formal dress and tie, to which I had a coupon for $8 for the dress. The gal working said she would have the manager contact me the next day as I needed to sign a disclosure form for the dress due to the beading. I had to call back twice before getting in touch with the person. I ended up not getting the dress cleaned as the cost would have been at least $75 as they would have to hand clean, again due to beading and details. I appreciate being told that rather than it just being done! Thank you!

Men’s suit pants backside crease was improperly finished at top; it had 2 different creases each going in a different direction and different heights. Across the backside of the slacks there were “4”, yes, four pressed creases each one about 3” long along the seam. Was greatly frustrated with this poor pressing job.

A sleeping dress was missing. The driver picked it up from my house but didn’t send it back.
Slacks cleaned and pressed well. Returned in the promised time frame.
