Two of my coats were damaged with removal of parts and other parts missing. I am still awaiting resolution.

I brought a winter coat to be cleaned and possible repair. I received one call to let me know the cost of the repair, but I declined the repair because I thought it was to much pay. I received another follow up called the next day , manager just wanted to know if I was contacted about the cost of the cost. Both were very nice and understanding about me declining to have the coat repair.

My chef coats were ruined,dingy,and creases were un even and not sharp at all.charged me for starch. Never seen my coats look so bad

For the first time in years I used you again while in town. So that you know, I stopped years ago because I received a phone message regarding a shirt I'd forgotten about and left for a couple months. Decent managers would have said something like, "This is a friendly reminder that you still have a shirt with us." Instead the message said, "This message is for our honest customers...." Bad thinking.

I brought a new trench coat in to have it pressed and the job was terrible I will be bringing it back to have iit repressed ! I had a skirt and a blouse cleaned it turned out wonderful thank u !!
