Worst service ever! Rec’d e mail with 25%offer When I picked up my order I was charged 24.00 for two sweaters! They would not honor their e mail because I didn’t show it at drop off! I would be ok with that IF the e mail had. stated that! Clerk and person she called were uncaring and had no idea of good customer service! Make your policy clear when you advertise or accommodate the customer. Holt location!

Left a wedding dress to be cleaned and had it boxed. Checked the dress inside the box afterwards, and we found (1) the dress was still dirty and not fully cleaned and (2) the crystal belt sewn onto the dress had been ripped off. We are going back to the store in the morning to find out if it's sitting in a lost-and-found somewhere; otherwise, this is completely unacceptable.

The dry cleaning was fine, but the representative did not give me an estimate of how much it cost and I was shocked to pay almost $60 when I picked them up. I would not have given her all of the clothing items had I known how much they would be.

You shrunk my sweater!! It is 100% wool, labeled dry clean only! Came back half the size and obviously washed. This sweater was hand made and purchased last year in GALWAY IRELAND! I expect a phone call and a full refund plus cost of the sweater.

It was an absolute nightmare experience dealing with your people! Several were rude, and smart mouthed employees, Seamstress would not do the alterations we asked for, refused. Thought at first to put in zipper, no one sent right info from Dewitt to East Lansing. Then after I talked to East Lansing they said the Seamstress refused to do part of our order due to not measuring my son herself. When we measured him with girl at Dewitt store.
