Disappointed that your actual business hours on Saturdays are different from those on your website. It doesn’t take much to update your online communications and alleviate customer inconvenience.

May 17th 4:00 my wife soon to be ex wife decided to clean all of her garments. She was allowed to use my account by simply giving my name and used a debit card to pay for such items. . $200 later I found this on my statement and brought this to the attention of. The staff told me I had a card on file and she just used my account. This did not make any sense to me as I have not dry cleaned items for years. I have not picked up my dry cleaning yet because I am shocked at the price. $50 for a blanket and 2 pillow cases? Holy cow that is ridiculous and that is WITH a coupon?!?!?! I paid $70 for the blanket and now $50 to have it cleaned? Pretty sure I won’t use Barysmes again. Wow. Way too expensive!

The gentleman who waited on me was not knowledgeable and a little disorganized. I really believe I was overcharged. Some of my daughters order was on my sons order. My sons order was split between 2 orders even though his order was brought in at the same time. There were 6 tickets and I had 3 separate transactions. My order was more expensive than what was originally told. I really would appreciate someone looking into this. Thank you Libby Bennett Fletcher

Took a brand new UGG comforter in to be washed for the first time. Lady working told us if it fits in a green bag it would cost us xyz. We signed the waiver not knowing anything about the green bag and that they don’t follow care instructions. We have never been to Baryames before this. We assumed they were going to follow care instructions like stated on the website for linens and comforters. They ruined my comforter and bc we signed the waiver they won’t do anything for us. I was overcharged by almost $100 on my last order due to 1/4 zip launder shirts being dry cleaned mistakenly. I pointed this mistake out and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the billing issue, and it was my fault for not specifying launder on regular cotton blend pull over shirts. So i paid the bill and decided my business was not that important to you. As a result i have stopped using your services and would only come back if that $100 was credited. The young woman who took my order in the drive-through by Frandor could not have been more pleasant. We moved to East Lansing recently and was glad to find a dry cleaner near by. I brought my husbands favorite Wool Pendleton shirt to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, I put it into his closet without checking it. When he tried to wear it, he saw that it had been washed, not dry cleaned. My husband is a large man, 6’2”. I am 5’1”. I now have a beautiful wool shirt, and a very disappointed husband. The ONLY reason I gave such a low score is because you now make it mandatory to present a cupon in order to get the special of the week. My husband is the one who brings in the cleaning and I am the one who gets the Cupon. I would have to forward it to his email, which he doesn't use and even if he did he wouldn't want to use the Cupon. He comes after working a 8 to 10 hour day as a Firetruck/ Emergency equipment Mechanic and he just want's to drop and run.
