I had my sweater cleaned by baryames. I have had it cleaned by other cleaners with no problem.. I can't wear it anymore because they shrunk it. Don't go to this cleaner. You are taking a big chance. My sweater was a good quality. It used to cover my but now it comes to my waist. I informed them that they shrunk my favorite sweater and they said they can't do anything about it. I feel a law suit coming from myself coming.

I have attempted to have my clothes dry cleaned at multiple locations. They not only look worse than before I dropped them off, some of the articles of clothing have been ruined. When I have attempted to address this with staff, including management, I have been questioned to the validity of my concerns and met with an extremely rude attitude. I would NEVER recommend taking your clothing here! Heather M.

Your new hours at the locations I use regularly, starting at 8am, make it hard for those of us whose schedule does not allow us to come in after 8 and rarely are out of work in time to come in. I work out of town so pick up and drop off is not ideal.

My husbands expensive jogging suit was misplaced with another customer. I called and the manager said I'm working on it and never followed up. The customer that had it contracted me. When it finally made it back to the store. I had to verify they recleaned it. The clerk then tried to charge me for it. Totally disappointed. Not the service I am use to at this store.

Place is not good, SUPER over priced, the workers won’t even tell you how much each service was, I had to basically beg for itemized receipt. When I called to complain about my service no one ever got back to me. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Would not send my worst enemy here. Wish I could give zero stars.

Three weeks in a row i asked fir shirts to be boxed and even says that bag tag and yet every week came back on hangers ! I even brought it up every time i dropped stuff off and hangers every time . I have moved my business elsewhere and won’t be back. The screw ups just never end and i need reliable cleaners and i have that now .
Baryames do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes. They ruined my wife's jacket and have not moved to reconciliation or any compromise. We are highly dissatisfied with their professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
