I've been doing business with Baryames Cleaners for 30 years. Your business takes pride in their dry cleaning, and I am happy with the finished dry cleaning of my clothes and blankets. Everything always looks very nice. Thank you for making my clothes look well taken care of.

I am a first time customer and sadly, likely a last time customer or Baryames Cleaners. A few days ago, I dropped off 10 pieces of clothing to be cleaned. Picked them up today. What absolutely blindsided me was your pricing. Over $88 for some men’s shirts and a pair of men’s pants. Apparently I was charged $12.50 EACH for six shirts that I was anticipating only costing around $4.00. Then another $12.75 for pants is extremely pricey on its own. Was told my clothes would be back after 5:00 pm on 2/21/23 at the Charlotte branch. Got there after 5:00 and my clothes weren’t there. Told me to check back on 2/22/23. I should get a email if they get my clothes back at the Charlotte branch, and if I don’t get a email by 3:30 pm on 2/22/23, I should call and answer why.

Also we need multi temp wash. Currently things that can be washed at a cool or cold temp must be dry cleaned at an exorbitant cost. This is simply unexceptable

Cost is out of control, working to change wardrobe due to the cost increase, I think it has doubled since the signup just 10ish years ago

What does it take to be a customer that does not have to clip coupons? I have been a customer since 1956 and not happy to have to be clipping coupons. Please give this message to Art Baryames.

I'm having a real hard time getting my buttons repaired? Over the last two-three months everytime I request button check and repair I get my shirts back with the same buttons missing, and sometimes with additional buttons missing from the cleaning process. Finally the last time I dropped my shirts I actually went inside instead of using quick drop and again requested a button check. I was told it was noted on my account to check and repair buttons.
