Very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time using them. I hope to have great results when my items are picked up. So far i am very happy with the help i received.

I am a first time customer and sadly, likely a last time customer or Baryames Cleaners. A few days ago, I dropped off 10 pieces of clothing to be cleaned. Picked them up today. What absolutely blindsided me was your pricing. Over $88 for some men’s shirts and a pair of men’s pants. Apparently I was charged $12.50 EACH for six shirts that I was anticipating only costing around $4.00. Then another $12.75 for pants is extremely pricey on its own. I had my sweater cleaned by baryames. I have had it cleaned by other cleaners with no problem.. I can't wear it anymore because they shrunk it. Don't go to this cleaner. You are taking a big chance. My sweater was a good quality. It used to cover my but now it comes to my waist. I informed them that they shrunk my favorite sweater and they said they can't do anything about it. I feel a law suit coming from myself coming.

The ONLY reason I gave such a low score is because you now make it mandatory to present a cupon in order to get the special of the week. My husband is the one who brings in the cleaning and I am the one who gets the Cupon. I would have to forward it to his email, which he doesn't use and even if he did he wouldn't want to use the Cupon. He comes after working a 8 to 10 hour day as a Firetruck/ Emergency equipment Mechanic and he just want's to drop and run. My driver is the best. He calls me EVERY week to remind me he's coming, who does that these days. He is always very polite when I call and always has an answer. When I lost stuff you all were right there trying to find my things. You all are awesome!!!
