Took a brand new UGG comforter in to be washed for the first time. Lady working told us if it fits in a green bag it would cost us xyz. We signed the waiver not knowing anything about the green bag and that they don’t follow care instructions. We have never been to Baryames before this. The young woman who took my order in the drive-through by Frandor could not have been more pleasant. We moved to East Lansing recently and was glad to find a dry cleaner near by. I brought my husbands favorite Wool Pendleton shirt to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, I put it into his closet without checking it. When he tried to wear it, he saw that it had been washed, not dry cleaned. My husband is a large man, 6’2”. I am 5’1”. I now have a beautiful wool shirt, and a very disappointed husband. It was an absolute nightmare experience dealing with your people! Several were rude, and smart mouthed employees, Seamstress would not do the alterations we asked for, refused. Thought at first to put in zipper, no one sent right info from Dewitt to East Lansing. Then after I talked to East Lansing they said the Seamstress refused to do part of our order due to not measuring my son herself. When we measured him with girl at Dewitt store. From the drop off at the drive thru with my dry cleaning (and your girls bubbly smiles) to the picking it up it is one of the least stressful chores I have to do. When I compared your lake lansing store to the frandor location, YOURS WAS SUPERIOR in not only prices but friendliness as well.The frandor location wanted to add $1.50 more because my pants HAD POCKETS!!!That facility has RUDE,MORONIC employees.The Lake Lansing facility is so much better in every way...very pleased.

Extremely overpriced as they own the entire Lansing market. Even “specials” are twice the cost of other dry cleaners not located in Lansing.

I want to give you 0 start but it wouldn't let me. I brought in 2 perfectly good dress coats to be cleaned and now I have none. You completely ruined one coat and lost the belt on the 2nd coat. You offered me a replacement belt which does not match. Basically I was very nicely told "Too bad, so sad. You're out of luck". What really infuriates me is that they bagged up my coats and never called me to tell me what happened. Like I would never notice!! Very dishonest business practice. Well, I brought my coat in to be dry cleaned. I was charged 17.00 dollars all together when I thought I should have been charged 7.19 for my coat to begin with. But., because I had a detachable hood, hey charged me extract for that. I felt I was charged too much even though there was a sale on on the dry cleaning.
