I'm having a real hard time getting my buttons repaired? Over the last two-three months everytime I request button check and repair I get my shirts back with the same buttons missing, and sometimes with additional buttons missing from the cleaning process. Finally the last time I dropped my shirts I actually went inside instead of using quick drop and again requested a button check. I was told it was noted on my account to check and repair buttons. Baryames do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes. They ruined my wife's jacket and have not moved to reconciliation or any compromise. We are highly dissatisfied with their professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
