Both associates were very pleasant. This was my first time as a customer under bew ownership. I was told it could be up to two weeks. Item was done is less than one. Price was very fair. Will definitely be a return customer.
My experience with Monarch's has always been wonderful. They do the best job with my clothes. I am always satisfied with how good they look when I pick them up. Just today, I hung up my new living room curtains that I sent to Monarch's to be washed and pressed last week. They look beautiful. I avail myself of their free pick up/delivery service. That is a bonus for Monarch customers. I am attaching a pic of my living room curtains.
We go here not just for dry cleaning but also repairs like zipper replacements. They do everything quickly and for good prices, love them, would never go anywhere else
This was my first visit to Balfurd...and I was pleased with the service. I don't need the service too often, but when I do I will be back!! I was told my item would be ready Fri, but Thurs I got a text telling me it was ready. Perfect!! Thank you Balfurd. PS I used to rent a couple entrance rugs from Balfurd for many years (even when it was D&M Linen) at my beauty shop. I am retired 10 years now, but I had dealt with Balfurd and was pleased even back then
They were very nice and fast. They had my coat cleaned 2 days sooner than the said it would be done and it looks like new!
