My experience with Monarch's has always been wonderful. They do the best job with my clothes. I am always satisfied with how good they look when I pick them up. Just today, I hung up my new living room curtains that I sent to Monarch's to be washed and pressed last week. They look beautiful. I avail myself of their free pick up/delivery service. That is a bonus for Monarch customers. I am attaching a pic of my living room curtains.
I was told to expect items back in 2-3 weeks. I got text message in under 1 week that items were done. They look great and were packaged so I can put them away to bring out for winter. I will definitely be recommending Balfurd to family and friends.
I am pleased with Balfurd Cleaners ! The excellence of Moarch Cleaners is carried on. My clothes look renewed. The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly and kind and make you feel good. The assistant found a very expensive scarf that wasn’t even with my other pick up!! I forgot about it ! Great Job
They cleaned a king size quilt for me to put away for the winter. Beautiful job!! Reasonibly priced and quick turn around time. It was packed nicely for in my closet ready for winter!! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Definitely going back!!
I’m very impressed with the service that I received and I will definitely use the Tailor and bring my clothes in on Monday. I don’t drive at the moment but I understand she lives in Bedford.
