I had a men’s suit, two dress shirts, Two ladies jackets, and a dress dry cleaned. They were all amazing when they came back. Very neatly pressed. The collar on one of the dress shirts, which was a white shirt, was terribly soiled. They got every bit of the stain in the collar out. I was so thrilled. I would recommend Balfurds definitely. And they were ready two days before I was told they would be.

My jacket needed a new zipper and I took the coat to Balfurd Cleaners on February 3rd. I was told I could pick the jacket up on February 24th. I got an email from Balfurd saying my coat was ready on February 12th! The new zipper look good and worked perfect.

Needed to have a sport jacket cleaned. Took it in Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. The previous business in that building would take five days for cleaning the same jacket. Very impressive especially considering they sent it to another town and the previous owners did the cleaning in house.

My experience with Monarch's has always been wonderful. They do the best job with my clothes. I am always satisfied with how good they look when I pick them up. Just today, I hung up my new living room curtains that I sent to Monarch's to be washed and pressed last week. They look beautiful. I avail myself of their free pick up/delivery service. That is a bonus for Monarch customers. I am attaching a pic of my living room curtains.

Extremely professional, honest and accommodating staff. I found the dry cleaning impeccable. Strongly recommend. As a past user of Monarchs, it was great to see the high standards continue.
