My experience with Monarch's has always been wonderful. They do the best job with my clothes. I am always satisfied with how good they look when I pick them up. Just today, I hung up my new living room curtains that I sent to Monarch's to be washed and pressed last week. They look beautiful. I avail myself of their free pick up/delivery service. That is a bonus for Monarch customers. I am attaching a pic of my living room curtains.
I’ve been going to Monarch Dry cleaners for many many years and while service is quicker prices went up dramatically. I like the text when ready text and the woman at the counter is pleasant enough but I am concerned and wondering how the former employees were treated and likely discounted their years of service to the company. I imagine they’ll be successful enough but am old enough to enjoy personal relationships over the latest & greatest.
They cleaned a king size quilt for me to put away for the winter. Beautiful job!! Reasonibly priced and quick turn around time. It was packed nicely for in my closet ready for winter!! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Definitely going back!!
Excellent service. I had a zipper fixed on a winter coat by their seamstress. It was done in a timely manner and was well done. The service was friendly. I was a long time customer of Monarch's. I'll continue using Balfurd in the future.
Monarchs is very nice to deal with And will go out of their way to help you. On top of it all ; they do a great job at making your clothes look great! They also deliver; which is wonderful.
