I have been going to Avon Cleaners for the past 20 years. I only trust Avon with all my dry cleaning needs. Not only is their expertise unmatched, the level of customer service is exceptional as well. When you walk in, JJ and Gladis greet you with a big smile and promptly get you in and out the door. They make the experience that much better!! Avon and staff are truly amazing!

They dont greet you when you walk in the door. I asked if they do courtesy calls, and she said they don't do courtesy calls to let you know when your stuff is ready. The bald lady at the front said I have to go in and keep checking to see if my stuff is ready. She gives off a sour taste in my mouth. When I told her thank you," when leaving, all she said was mmhmm."

I manage a retail store that has to have mattress coverrs cleaned pretty often. The staff at Avon is always friendly and prompt whenever I'm in the store. They always remind me that I can have my items picked up and dropped off if needed. Their prices are very competitive for the area, but where they separate themselves is with their service. If you are in need of a great dry cleaning team in the Dallas area, Avon is a for sure go to. GREAT JOB AVON TEAM!
