Extremely expensive and mediocre customer service. I feel like no one ever has an answer to any of my questions. They do email and text you when your order is ready, and the reminders are nice.
Prices are truly obscene. Make sure to ask what it costs before you give them your clothes. $160 for 9 simple items. Shocking.

Not only is their expertise unmatched, the level of customer service is exceptional as well. When you walk in, JJ and Gladis greet you with a big smile and promptly get you in and out the door. They make the experience that much better!! Avon and staff are truly amazing!
