They dont greet you when you walk in the door. I asked if they do courtesy calls, and she said they don't do courtesy calls to let you know when your stuff is ready. The bald lady at the front said I have to go in and keep checking to see if my stuff is ready. She gives off a sour taste in my mouth. When I told her thank you," when leaving, all she said was mmhmm."
I manage a retail store that has to have mattress coverrs cleaned pretty often. The staff at Avon is always friendly and prompt whenever I'm in the store. They always remind me that I can have my items picked up and dropped off if needed. Their prices are very competitive for the area, but where they separate themselves is with their service. If you are in need of a great dry cleaning team in the Dallas area, Avon is a for sure go to. GREAT JOB AVON TEAM!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing against them but the prices are truly absurd. We compared with other dry cleaners in the area and this business is 3x the cost at least. Again, very friendly staff but if you’re on a budget I would stay away as they do nothing different than a standard dry cleaning
Their driver just tried to run into me to prevent me from switching lanes trying to avoid a carpool backup. Great representation for a service business with the name on the side of the van! #brilliant
Worst experience of my life. After the Hillcrest location ruined $600 worth of clothes, I was told to come to the headquarters. I enter and the lady helps me file a claim but at the end of this process, let’s me know that if they refund me…. They keep the clothes???? So I paid for my clothes to be ruined and they get to keep them if I file a claim that probably won’t even result in a refund. “We’ve been open for 60 years” ok and I hope you close this year!!!
