Arcadia Cleaners is one of the most professional, organized, and well-rounded businesses I've had the pleasure of working with. They took great care of my wedding gown and got the chemical smell out of it from shipping within two days! They helped me carry it out to my car to make sure that it remained pristine prior to my big day. Not a wrinkle or imperfection in sight. The staff greet you with politeness, warmth, and attentiveness. They will make sure that you are good no matter what you need cleaned.

I needed to have a vintage silk Chinese robe that was brought back from Asia in the mid-1960s cleaned. I did a LOT of research using ChatGPT and Arcadia Cleaners was the top recommendation. Now I understand why. Dave, the person who personally handles this type of item, told me he had about 50 years experience and I could tell. There are still a few barely noticeable stains that might have come out if he soaked it, but that could have damaged the robe, so he advised against it and I agreed. I have trusted Arcadia Dry Cleaners for many years, actually since 1999! I briefly moved out of their service area and I was thrilled when three years ago I found myself back in their neighborhood. They consistently provide excellent quality service for all of my garments, including my tablecloths and bedding. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Even the drivers are great people. They excel at the job. Communication is on point. I’m happy to recommend them to others.

EDIT: I ended up coming back a different day, and they were open, haha. I dropped off my clothes. To be honest, I had been worried about taking these clothes to most other places, because they were hand-sewn and very delicate, some even hand dyed by myself. On top of that, I had sweat in them heavily, due to a heat related accident, so they needed to be heavily cleaned as well. Arcadia cleaners saved my wedding dress that was damaged by another cleaners, I am so thankful for everyone who put their hard work into reassuring me and being an ear to listen when I was distraught about the damage of my wedding dress.
