Arcadia Cleaners is one of the most professional, organized, and well-rounded businesses I've had the pleasure of working with. They took great care of my wedding gown and got the chemical smell out of it from shipping within two days! They helped me carry it out to my car to make sure that it remained pristine prior to my big day. Not a wrinkle or imperfection in sight. The staff greet you with politeness, warmth, and attentiveness. They will make sure that you are good no matter what you need cleaned.

I needed to have a vintage silk Chinese robe that was brought back from Asia in the mid-1960s cleaned. I did a LOT of research using ChatGPT and Arcadia Cleaners was the top recommendation. Now I understand why. Dave, the person who personally handles this type of item, told me he had about 50 years experience and I could tell. There are still a few barely noticeable stains that might have come out if he soaked it, but that could have damaged the robe, so he advised against it and I agreed. Arcadia cleaners saved my wedding dress that was damaged by another cleaners, I am so thankful for everyone who put their hard work into reassuring me and being an ear to listen when I was distraught about the damage of my wedding dress. Brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned a week before my wedding since I bought it off the floor last minute and needed touching up. Felt a tad pricey with the rush fee added ($250 total) but they did such an excellent job and hung it perfectly with the train and bust laying correctly so I didn't even need to steam or do anything else to my dress for it to be ready. Overall very impressed and happy with the service. Trustworthy business to take care of a wedding dress!

Absolutely incredible! They were so helpful and knowledgeable about preserving my wedding dress and answered all my questions, which made me feel really comfortable trusting them with something so important. They also preserved my rehearsal dinner dress along with my wedding dress, which meant a lot since it has pieces of my mom’s wedding dress in it. They truly understood how special that was and made sure everything was taken care of so it will last over time. I would go back in a heartbeat for anything this meaningful!
