The shop is the perfect blend of "mom and pop" friendliness and high-end professional skill. My husband dropped off my dress on March 22. I knew we were cutting it close to get it clean in order for me to be able to wear it on our one year. They said they would try to get it done as soon as they could. I wasn’t fully expecting it to be completed before my anniversary. I picked it up on April 13 and it was pristine! 5 stars for Arcadia Cleaners! Highly recommend Rayna for wedding gown cleaning! She came highly recommended in several FB wedding groups. My gown was custom designed by myself, and hand sewn by a seamstress, so I was fairly nervous when it came down to having it cleaned. There were several yellow stains on the dress and I was hopeful that they would be removed successfully. Our usual dry cleaners recommended the Arcadia Dry Cleaners for the cleaning of our daughter’s wedding dress. The hem was dirty with flowers, etc. from an outdoor wedding. Rayna was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful!!! She told me that as this is the wedding season, it would take 6-8 weeks to complete the cleaning. Claudine was very knowledgeable and informative. I took in my dress to get a quote and received a reasonable price for both cleaning and preservation, including my veil.
