This was my first time using a self service dry cleaners. I loved it! So easy to use. I was shocked when I was contacted the next day or the day after saying my slacks were ready. Unbelievably quick!
Anton’s is a chain but they treat each customer as an individual. Each staff member knows my name and usual orders. New automated 24/7 drop off and pickup system with fast turnaround is really convenient.
Walked in the day before thanksgiving with cake all over my wool coat. Used the automated process but was able to talk to a real person about the issue. Picking up was fast and easy. Love the new system. And my coat looks great!! Thanks.
