I took 1 king size comforter and 2 queen size comforters to wash, all Uggs brand. They asked for 1 month wait which ok fine. When the month was up it was not back, and girl on the phone said she did not know when it would be ready by.When I went to the store to pick it up, I find out they lost one of my comforters. They tried convincing me the one they had set aside for me was mine because it was the only one at the store with no name on it. My dress was done quickly.Looked clean and pressed . The attendants were always personable.Price is moderate for a large gown overall,happy.
Anton’s is always professional and makes my clothes look nice. They are the best in North Reading.
The long term manager at the North Reading store has provided excellent, responsible, professional service to me and the family for years without exception. Superior customer service skills complimented by a very pleasant personality ( a rarity in service oriented industries in today’s world)
There was a little mix up when I first went to pick my clothes but Anton’s made it right and they were very gracious.
