The service at the North Reading shop is always good, high quality and fast turnaround. While all the employees are friendly and professional Nick is an all-star and an awesome steward to your brand. I am giving only four stars because it's a little pricier than most. Otherwise I highly recommend them.

I had a queen-sized brown merino wool blanket cleaned. The staff was friendly, even after i warned them about the dog hair on the blanket. It came back perfectly clean. The price was right too.

I took 1 king size comforter and 2 queen size comforters to wash, all Uggs brand. They asked for 1 month wait which ok fine. When the month was up it was not back, and girl on the phone said she did not know when it would be ready by.When I went to the store to pick it up, I find out they lost one of my comforters. They tried convincing me the one they had set aside for me was mine because it was the only one at the store with no name on it. I was impressed with the level of customer service. When I brought my garment in I was asked if I had ever been there before. When I said I hadn't, the young man helping me welcomed me to Anton's. He quickly entered all my information and explained that I would get a text when my garment was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my garment two days later the young woman helping me was fast and very pleasant. Everything about my experience was positive.
