I took 1 king size comforter and 2 queen size comforters to wash, all Uggs brand. They asked for 1 month wait which ok fine. When the month was up it was not back, and girl on the phone said she did not know when it would be ready by.When I went to the store to pick it up, I find out they lost one of my comforters. I was impressed with the level of customer service. When I brought my garment in I was asked if I had ever been there before. When I said I hadn't, the young man helping me welcomed me to Anton's. He quickly entered all my information and explained that I would get a text when my garment was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my garment two days later the young woman helping me was fast and very pleasant. Everything about my experience was positive.
