I took 1 king size comforter and 2 queen size comforters to wash, all Uggs brand. They asked for 1 month wait which ok fine. When the month was up it was not back, and girl on the phone said she did not know when it would be ready by.When I went to the store to pick it up, I find out they lost one of my comforters. They tried convincing me the one they had set aside for me was mine because it was the only one at the store with no name on it. The long term manager at the North Reading store has provided excellent, responsible, professional service to me and the family for years without exception. Superior customer service skills complimented by a very pleasant personality ( a rarity in service oriented industries in today’s world)
I have on and off used this location of Anton’s cleaner over the years and the service has continued to be consistent and reliable. The current fellow working at the location is very personable and clear in his communications around the turnaround time for items to be ready for pickup and estimated costs. There are closet cleaners to me in North Andover but I prefer to stick with a business that has proven its reliability.
I was impressed with the level of customer service. When I brought my garment in I was asked if I had ever been there before. When I said I hadn't, the young man helping me welcomed me to Anton's. He quickly entered all my information and explained that I would get a text when my garment was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my garment two days later the young woman helping me was fast and very pleasant. Everything about my experience was positive.
The worst dry cleaner ever. Brought in new white pants with some food stains on them. Showed the employee the stains. When I went to pick them, not only was I charged $14.07 but none of the stains were removed! My brand new pants are ruined!! First and last time I use this horrible dry cleaner. Left a message the company office and have not heard back.
