It’s okay.. went here because they partner with Belle of the Ball and I wanted to donate dresses. The lady who greeted me was a little strange. Not necessarily unfriendly but the first thing she said was “what’re you donating dresses?!”, which I thought was a little weird. I also had other garments I wanted cleaned. She didn’t ask about any stains or special instructions. I had a very wrinkly boho silk top. I brought it in for a press only. I wasn't in a rush for it, but Anton's texted me within 3 hours after drop off that it was ready. I picked it up the next day and they did a great job. This top has ruffles and is very difficult to iron. It was professionally pressed and I'm a happy camper!
The service at the cleaners on Washington Street is very outstanding job. Well done. Everyone is friendly, and a manager is friendly as well. The staff is friendly I wish there was more cleaners like this , , but I made a correct choice by going to this one they let you know when your dry cleaning is completed they text you and when you go when you get greeted with a smile and a happy face and always say thank you and always say have a good day, I wish there was credit where credit would be due. I have been using the services of a Dry Cleaner for 40 years. I took several suits to Anton’s to be cleaned and was shocked at the price upon retrieving my clothing. This establishment charges $30 per suit to clean. I have never seen such outrageous pricing to have a suit cleaned. I can’t understand how such a company can stay in business with such outrageous prices. Prices should be posted so customers know how much the price is when they drop off a garment.
Price wasn’t what I was told because they got something wrong I had to pay for it. I got a zipper done they didn’t have the right color which was fine but I wasn’t a stain on the sleeve done it didn’t come out just wished I got a call or the person told me they might not get it out because the sweater was already cleaned. They offered to do again for free but if you couldn’t get it the first time I’m good.
