I’ll start by saying I have brought all of my jackets here to be cleaned over the years from North Face, Canada Goose, and Moncler. Most recently I brought my Canada Goose here to be cleaned for the second time since I’ve had it. (First time no issue, the jacket wasn’t dirty I just wanted it freshened up after proper storage from summer) Although the jacket came out clean it was dried too hot which caused the jacket to shrink and the zipper to wave. Very poor experience. I gave a few shirts for dry cleaning as they had some color stains on them. They could not remove the stains, which I am okay with. But they did not have the courtesy to tell me that they were unable to do it. They simply gave me my shirts when I went to collect them and charged me for the service. I went back to them a few days later to show that the stains were still there. Only then they told me they were unsuccessful.

Disappointed. I dropped off my Canada Goose jacket for dry cleaning and picked it up just to notice green material around the zipper area. Contacted them about it but no response. Very sloppy considering it ran me $54.

Good, fast service, just expensive. I lived in Chesapeake,VA and I paid $25 for 5 pieces at cleaners. So, it could be shirt, jacket, 2 pants, sweater, or any five combo for $25. I paid $35 for suit jacket/pants and shirt.
