Spoke directly with the manager of the store on Mass. Ave. In Boston. She was extremely pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions, and explained all my cleaning options. My items were cleaned and returned sooner than expected. I will definitely use their services again.
The best, most fast service in town fro laundry and dry cleaning.! I love the lady who works there who is always super helpful and nice.
8/2024 - outstanding cleaning of my white quilt, esp with the noticeable spot in the center of the piece. I was also pleased with the time Mgr Kia took to research care for a certain type of blanket. I always get nervous bringing my clothing to a new dry cleaners, but the woman working the counter was very friendly, and they turned my sweater back to me in under 24 hours looking brand new
This time, Kya (?) the mgr, assisted during my visit. She was awesome: knowledgeable about fabrics, detailing on clothing, etc - efficient and went the extra mile to assist. I could not be more satisfied.
