I received this coupon directly into my email and when I went there, she refused to accept it. This is not the first time she has refused to accept my coupons even though it has my name attached to it and is sent directly to my email address. this is false advertising. I believe she is the problem. I had three bags of wash and fold laundry.
I picked up 3 or 4 shirts in Dec but that action was not noted in your system. I have twice asked to have the system corrected but I still get email reminders for pickup. Please help
